These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, content, and courses offered by Dainora Bickauskiene, including but not limited to those sold or accessed through www.my-nutrition.co.uk, www.autoimmunehealthacademy.com, our Systeme.io checkout pages, and any affiliated social media or content channels (Instagram, Facebook).

Introduction

These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of all digital courses, guides, templates, and services ("Products") provided by Dainora Bickauskiene ("we", "our", "us"). By checking the box on our checkout page and completing your purchase, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER — PLEASE READ

Some of our Products (including courses on elimination diets and food trigger identification) involve guidance on temporarily removing and reintroducing certain foods. By purchasing any such Product, you confirm that you understand:

  • This content is general educational information, not personalised medical or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • You should consult your GP or a qualified healthcare provider before starting any elimination diet or making significant dietary changes, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a diagnosed health condition, or have a history of disordered eating.

  • Results and experiences vary between individuals, and no specific health outcome is guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for adapting any protocol to your own circumstances and for stopping and seeking medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

  1. Eligibility

By using our Products, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You are not prohibited from receiving our Products under applicable law

  1. Product Access

2.1 Access Duration Upon purchase, you are granted access to the purchased Product for the lifetime of that specific Product, subject to these Terms.

2.2 Updates vs. New Products You will receive any updates, improvements, or supplementary materials added to your purchased Product at no extra charge. Entirely new, separately marketed courses or programmes are not included and require separate purchase.

2.3 Platform Changes We may change hosting platforms or delivery methods for our Products. If this happens, we will provide access on the new platform at no additional cost and give reasonable notice where practical.

2.4 Business Closure or Discontinuation If we cease operating or discontinue a Product, we will make reasonable efforts to provide downloadable copies of your purchased materials, or reasonable notice before access ends. "Lifetime access" means the lifetime of the Product offering, not an absolute guarantee of perpetual access.

  1. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership All content in our Products, including videos, templates, PDFs, worksheets, graphics, and written material, is the intellectual property of Dainora Bickauskiene and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited Licence You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence. This does not grant you ownership rights.

3.3 Prohibited Uses You may not:

  • Share, distribute, reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the content

  • Post content to public websites, file-sharing platforms, or social media

  • Use the content commercially or to teach others

  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

  • Create derivative works without our written permission

3.4 Use of Likeness and AI Restrictions You may not use any photographs, video, voice, likeness, or content of Dainora Bickauskiene to train, generate, or reproduce content through artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies, including deepfakes, voice cloning, image generation, or AI training datasets. Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and legal action.

3.5 Enforcement Unauthorised use may result in immediate revocation of access without refund and potential legal action.

  1. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing All payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing, you agree to those processors' own terms of service.

4.2 Pricing and Currency Prices are stated in USD US Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change at any time; this does not affect purchases already made.

4.3 Full Payment Only All Products are currently sold as a one-time, full payment. No instalment or payment plan options are offered.

4.4 Failed Payments If a payment fails, we may attempt to contact you and reattempt processing. Access will not be granted until payment is successfully received.

4.5 Taxes Where applicable, VAT is handled in accordance with UK and EU tax law based on your location.

4.6 Chargebacks and Disputes If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us first at info@my-nutrition.co.uk so we can try to resolve it directly. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first and is later found to be unwarranted, you may be responsible for any chargeback fees charged by the payment processor.

  1. Educational Disclaimer

5.1 Educational Purpose Only Our courses and content are for general educational and informational purposes only. Dainora Bickauskiene is a Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner, not a medical doctor.

5.2 No Medical Advice Nothing in our Products constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not replace consultation with your GP or a qualified healthcare provider.

5.3 Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for your own health decisions, for seeking appropriate professional advice before making dietary or lifestyle changes, and for the outcomes of your own actions.

5.4 No Client Relationship Purchasing a Product does not create a formal practitioner-client relationship beyond the scope of the educational Product itself. Personalised advice is only provided through a separate 1:1 consultation.

  1. Results Disclaimer

6.1 No Guaranteed Results We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes or results from using our Products.

6.2 Individual Results Vary Any examples, case studies, or testimonials shared in our marketing materials or courses are for illustrative purposes only, are not independently verified, and do not guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results. Your results depend on many individual factors, including medical history, consistency, and professional medical care.

  1. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising Compliance

Where we advertise on Meta platforms, we aim to comply with Meta's advertising policies, including making no claims about curing, treating, or preventing disease, disclosing that individual results vary, and avoiding misleading claims.

  1. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining a reliable internet connection, a compatible device and browser, and providing an accurate email address so you can receive access to your Product. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or uninterrupted platform availability, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues.

  1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that implementing any dietary or lifestyle change involves personal responsibility, and that no educational course can guarantee a specific health outcome. You assume responsibility for decisions made based on our Products.

  1. No Refund Policy

10.1 All Sales Final Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

10.2 No Refunds For Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to use the Product, dissatisfaction with content, or not achieving a desired health result.

10.3 Statutory Rights This does not affect your statutory rights if a Product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue we are unable to resolve. If you experience a genuine access issue, contact us at info@my-nutrition.co.uk within a reasonable time and we will make reasonable efforts to help.

10.4 Cooling-Off Waiver By purchasing, you agree to receive immediate access to the digital Product and acknowledge that you waive your standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once access or download begins.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your reliance on general educational content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from your misuse of our Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

  1. Termination of Access

We may suspend or revoke your access if you materially violate these Terms, share or resell our content, or use our Products unlawfully. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination, except for severe violations (such as content theft), which may result in immediate termination.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal action, please contact us at info@my-nutrition.co.uk so we can try to resolve any concern directly. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including your right to bring a claim in the UK courts.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. International Users

If you access our Products from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction. Your information will be processed in the UK.

  1. Affiliate and Third-Party Disclaimers

We may occasionally recommend third-party products or tools and may receive a commission for doing so. Such recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of results, and we are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, or availability.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, third-party platform failures, or other circumstances outside our control.

  1. Community Guidelines (if applicable)

If you join any private community (such as a Facebook group) associated with a Product, you agree not to harass or threaten other members, share false or misleading information, or share others' private information without consent. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content, and to suspend access for members who violate these guidelines.

  1. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Products. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
